In profiles, there are now Warning Levels. If you reach 100%, you are banned until the next reset date. Levels are reset every other Sunday.
Here are the percentages:
Flaming-50%
Posting excessively long posts-50%
Spamming-20%
Cursing-20%
Excessive Bumping-20%
Advertising-30%
Plagarism-tempoban
Excessive Chatspeak in Forums-20%
Reviving Dead Topic-20%
Excessively Large Avatar or Signature-20%, nuking of the sig/avatar
Double-Posting-20%
Page-Stretching-20%
Pornographic or Inappropriate Pictures-permaban. No exceptions.
Mini-Modding-30%
Excessive Smilies/Pictures-30%
Misleading Links-20%
Duplicate Account-Permaban
Flashy Images-60%
Typing in all-caps-10%
Trolling, Pestering or Begging Other Members-40%
Messing with the warning bar-permaban.
Other-Any reasonable percentage as deemed by a mod or admin.
